   01 How does this system work?
Every day we cook set curries (check out our lunch menu). You can only choose the date and Veg or Meat option. You order in advance and make the payment in advance too and you receive Naan bread, Rice, Dal & Curry from $6. We pick up the containers same day.
   02 I just want to order a group lunch, how do I do that?
  1. Go to www.tiffins.com.au, enter your email address, mobile number and click a suitable option then
  2. Provide your delivery details and click either individual or group order and follow the prompts OR
  3. Call 1300 TIFFINS [843 346] OR
  4. Email us at info@tiffins.com.au
   03 Do I have to pay any deposit when I order Tiffin/s?
No there is no need to pay deposit for Tiffins
   04 How many Tiffins would we have to order to be eligible for a group order?
No minimum requirement within our service area. Refer to “Our Services” page to check out our service area. For outside our service area please contact us via info@tiffins.com.au
   05 Where do you deliver?

   06 How do I pay for my Tiffins order?
We ask for payment to please be made in advance so that you can enjoy the total Tiffin service. We accept cash, payments made direct to our account in return for a full taxation receipt and booking order confirmation or via credit card (Visa and Master card only).
   07 Can I choose my delivery time?
The following is an approximate delivery schedule as to when to expect your Tiffins. Please note times are subject to change without notice and deliveries could arrive earlier then below specified times:
  1. Docklands, Southbank, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne and South side of CBD (closer to Docklands):= 11.15am - 12pm.
  2. St. Kilda Road and Rest of the CBD:= 12pm - 1.15pm
  3. East Melbourne, North Melbourne, West Melbourne:= 12.30pm - 1.30pm
  4. Other suburbs outside delivery area:= Will depend on location
   08 What do I do with my Tiffin container once I finish my lunch?
Leave them at the reception or where they were dropped off and we will pick them up between 1.30pm - 3.45pm
   09 Do I have to wash the Tiffin?
There is no obligation to wash/rinse the Tiffin once finished, as all our Tiffin undergo industrial-level cleaning upon return.
   10 What is the difference between Medium and Large Tiffin?
Medium Tiffin contains half a naan bread, ¾ rice, ¾ dal & ¾ curry, $7/$8 for medium Veg/NonVeg. Large Tiffin contains a full size naan bread, full rice, full dal & full curry, $8/$9 for Large Veg/NonVeg.
   11 Can we order rice instead of naan or vice-versa?
Yes you can certainly do that. It will cost $1 extra per swap.
   12 Can we order extra naan and/or rice?
Yes you can certainly do that. It will cost $1 extra per item.
   13 Do you cater for Vegan, Gluten Free or any other special diets?
No although we do offer vegetarian Tiffins.
   14 What are your operating hours?
Currently we provide lunches from Monday – Friday
   15 Do you only provide Tiffins for lunch?
Yes. However we are currently planning Tiffins for dinner so please stay tuned for website updates.
   16 Can we come and eat at your shop?
Not yet, our shop is a commercial kitchen but we are in the process of setting up an outdoor café so please stay tuned for website updates.
   17 How do I know which Tiffin is Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian?
They are color coded. Yellow Tiffins are Vegetarian and Pink Tiffins are Non-Vegetarian.
 
Veg Tiffin (from $6) Traditional Indian vegitarian food includes rice roti, dal & curry. Differental curry everyday.
